Free Wi-Fi Now Available at 1,400+ Locations Across Punjab. Punjab has expanded its CM Free Wi-Fi Service, making internet access available at over 1,400 locations across the province. The initiative, overseen by the Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA), is designed to provide free and reliable internet to residents for essential and emergency purposes.
Free Wi-Fi in Lahore
In Lahore alone, the network now covers 442 locations, where more than 58 million users have accessed approximately 1,191 terabytes of data. Key public areas, commercial centers, and transportation hubs are included in the network, allowing citizens to stay connected while on the move.
Free Wi-Fi Across Punjab
Beyond Lahore, the service is now active in 23 districts, providing free internet at 952 public sites. These locations include major urban centers, government offices, parks, and other areas where residents frequently need internet access.
Free Wi-Fi in Women’s Colleges
The Punjab government has also launched free Wi-Fi in 450 government women’s colleges across the province. The service is aimed at:
